R -- A-76 COST COMPARISON STUDY -- AMC COMPUTER SYSTEMS SQUADRON SCOTT AFB IL A-76 COST COMPARISON STUDY -- COMPUTER SUPPORT SQUADRON SCOTT AFB IL This is the second synopsis for the OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Study of the Air Mobility (AMC) Command Computer Systems Squadron (CSS) at Scott AFB IL. The total number of people affected by the study is approximately 187 to include 135 military, 42 civilians and 10 Contractor Manhour Equivalent (CME). The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to manage and operate this functional area. The resultant contract, if any, will be awarded on an all or none basis as a firm-fixed price contract with over and above provisions for contingency support and emergency services. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. SIC Code and Size Standard for this acquisition is 7376 -- $18M. Total contract performance, if options are exercised, will not exceed 60 months. This solicitation will not result in a contract if government performance is determined to be more advantageous in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 procedures.
