LIGHT TABLES The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to award a sole-source procurement to the Richards Corporation, Sterling, VA for the purchase of four (4) HFO-4 Light Tables. This is a synopsis of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 -- Commercial Items, to the Richards Corporation. No solicitation will be issued. The authority for sole-source procurement is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their ability to provide the requested product.
