Due to weather concerns, construction shall not be permitted from November 15, 1999 through April 15, 2000. However, work will be allowed to November 15, 1999, weather permitting. A bid guarantee as well as performance and payment bonds will be required. The estimated price range for this project is $250,000 -- $500,000.
