This acquisition is for air handling conversion and roof repair for barracks building 1889 and building 4555, Fort Jackson, SC. Work includes demolishing fan coil units and installing new air handling unit system, duct system, and control system, and a new mechanical room for each building. It also includes demolition, reframing, and installation of a standing-seam metal roof for each building. Primary SIC is 1711 for HVAC work; 1761 for roof work. Period of performance is 180 days for the HVAC portion and 90 days for the roof portion of each building. Magnitude of project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Solicitation issue and response dates are TENTATIVE; actual dates will be determined at time of issue of solicitation.
