THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. A single solicitation will be issued which will result in multiple contract awards. One, two, three, or four contracts will be awarded from the single solicitation. Work consists of asphalt-concrete pavement overlays on existing parking lots, crack sealing, pavement striping, construct one new parking lot, repair a road that was damaged by an earth slide, culverts, and guard rails. Work will be performed at four different locations. They are Lucky Peak Dam near Boise, Idaho; McNary Dam near Umatilla, Oregon; Lower Granite Dam on the Snake River, Washington; and Dworshak Dam near Orofino, Idaho. (a) At Lucky Peak construct a new 1,500 square yard parking lot with a-c pavement, guardrails, and paint striping. Also, place a 2" a-c overlay on an existing 8,000 square yard parking lot, 6,000 feet of crack sealing, concrete wheel bumpers, and paint striping. (b) At McNary Dam place 2" a-c overlay on two parking lots total 20,000 square yards, crack sealing 9,000 feet, and paint striping. (c) At Lower Granite Dam place 2" a-c overlay on two parking lots total 6,000 square yards, 2,400 feet of crack sealing, and paint striping. (d) At Dworkshak Dam place 2" a-c overlay on four parking lots total 17,500 square yards, 3,700 feet of crack sealing, and paint striping.
