shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation,
supervision and disposal necessary to replace the roof on the North
addition to McAllister Hall, USCG Academy, New London, CT (New London
County). The work includes removal of gravel surfaced built-up roof
containing asbestos roofing felts, and the installation of a new
roofing system. New roofing system shall have Perlite insulation, and
2-plies SBS modified bitumen roofing. The project also includes the
installation of copper lighting conductor and air terminals. Estimated
cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is
1761. Performance time is 45 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
