The intended source is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, Mesa, Arizona, which is the Prime Manufacturer of the AH-64D Apache Longbow Helicopter. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. Period of Performance is four (4) months.
