FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The standard industrial code is 3582, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The agency need is for heavy duty commercial washers and dryers and their installation. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract for 3 line items as follows. Line Item 0001: is for six (6) each heavy duty commercial washers with a 25 lb. Capacity, 220/60/3 with white front panels. Item 0002 is for four (4) each heavy duty commercial dryers with a 30 lb capacity, 220/60/3, with electric heat, with microprocessor controls. Item 0003 is for the installation of the above items at NAS North Island CA. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies.
