Johnson, Contracting Officer, (206) 764-2176 The VA Puget Sound Health Care System, 1660 South Columbian Way, Seattle, Washington, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Advanced Composite Technology for ACT-Grate FR ISO (15-1/2" thick by 1-1/2" x 1") mesh grating floor panel system. Estimated quantities are for installation of the Rehab Center's Gait Lab which includes 1350 square foot area including 100 sq. ft ramp with handrails, 1/8" unfinished smooth coverplate, custom 2' fiberglass support system with non metallic fasteners and 3" perimeter support system, including on-site support services for VA Installation . Advance Composite Technology produces a unique, lightweight high performance fiberglass reinforced plastic grating made from ophathic acid based polyester resin and has a Class I fire rating. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received within 10 days of the date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
