Solicitation will issue on or about 8 July 1999 with bid opening on or about 10 August 1999. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period and two one-year renewal options. The solicitation will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Solicitations will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD-ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD-ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
