Review and reconcile all documents with Superfund transactions recorded in the Agency's financial management system to ensure that all charges are correctly recorded and are supported by the document files created under this contract. The Superfund cost recovery documentation files consists of time sheets, travel vouchers, contracts, purchase orders, interagency agreements and other miscellaneous documents. The various tasks that shall be performed related to document handling and database management (Apple Macintosh software) are: 1) cost-tracking and data entry (updating existing databases) -- review documents, maintain files, prepare documentation, perform data entry, input data, download various financial systems, update spreadsheets, and reconcile documentation, 2) document processing cost packages/data entry -- prepare reports, research files, retrieve documents, prepare and summarize documentation packages, and perform on-going quality assurance reviews, and 3) database development/updatesand maintenance -- develop, maintain and refine databases for tracking and reporting, improve access to data, and link various databases. The period of performance will be for one year with options for four additional twelve-month periods. All sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
