The Defense Threat Reduction Agency has a requirement for the following commercial services: On-site maintenance/service and repair/replacement of existing electronic security system in order to keep the system fully operational. Equipment includes automated access controls and integrated computer support equipment. In addition to maintenance/service/repair, the contractor will be responsible for field engineering, diagnostic testing, programming software, integrating software with hardware, providing on-call service and maintaining current equipment lists, service records and other pertinent data files. The Contractor must have demonstrated successful past performance on contracts requiring service of Logiplex Communication System and DataCard Video Imaging System equipment.
