The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, RI intends to solicit competitive proposals for the restoration and repair of TR-317B Transducers. A five year Indefinite delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions is anticipated. Restorations shall be accomplished at the contractor site which shall include appropriate fabrication and test facilities. Orders for initial inspection would be for a minimum of 500 transducers; orders for end seal assembly replacement would be for a minimum of 100 transducers. Best value award methodology will be employed with evaluation factors including Technical Capability and Cost. Technical Capability factors will include technical approach, resources, and past performance.
