The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for Support Services for the Service Cost Center Fiscal Accounting Function at its Towed Array Test and Evaluation Facility (TATEF) in West Palm Beach, Florida. Anticipated tasks include Management Information System Support of both a Contract Management Information System and a Job Cost Tracking Management Information System; Development of Data Base Software; Accounting Reporting Support for TATEF Programs and Maintaining; and, operation of the TATEF Administrative Local Area Network. A five-year contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions is planned, with an estimated start date of 28 MAR 2000. Estimated level of effort is 22,500 man-hours with Key Labor Categories being: Computer Programmer III, Accountant IV and Budget Analyst III. This will be a single award made on the basis of Best Value. This is a follow-on to contract N66604-95-C-B700, competitively awarded to W.J. Kinney & Co.
