The Contractor shall be a Construction Management Firm that can provide a Multi-trades work force to include at a minimum the following: laborer, grounds maintenance laborer, maintenance carpenter, carpet layer, maintenance electrician, heating, regrigeration & air conditioning mechanic, locksmith, mason maintenance, maintenance painter, maintenance pipefitter, maintenance plumber, maintenance sheet metal worker, maintenance combination welder, maintenance fire alarm systems mechanic and a fire extinguisher repairman, laborer, pest controller. The place of performance shall be at Letterkenny Army Depot. This Contract will be for one base year and four option years. This solicitation is a total 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns.
