Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to replace existing domestic water loop system. The work consists of general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction of certain other items for the replacement of the domestic water loop system and extension of the system to the outer buildings and water tower. Also included is the parking lot on the front side of the Medical Center. Modifications to the existing parking lot will be required to include restripping and lighting. Performance period is 9 months. magnitude of this project is betweeen $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. This solicitation is a Hubzone set aside.
