All surface preparation, repair, texturing, and cleaning shall be accomplished by the Contractor. The work shall be located at the Ventura County Naval Complex which includes the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, CA Naval Air station, Point Mugu, CA; including the Station, Laguna Point, Camarillo Housing, Camarillo Airport, Santa Cruz Island and San Nicolas Island and vicinity. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a Base Period with Options not to exceed 60 months and a provision for an option to extend services. Estimated price is between $3,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This procurement is open to 8(a) eligible companies in California only. Competition will be limited to 8 (a) firms certified for participation in the 8(a) program which have SIC Code 1721 among their approved SIC codes. . The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1721. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M.
