The Social Security Administration has the need for a contractor to provide supervision, labor, materials, parts and equipment to recoat the Supply Building's warehouse roof with non asbestos aluminized roof coating. Place of Perfromance: Social Security Administration, 6301 Security Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland 21235, Supply Building. The contractor shall be practical and keep within all applicable building codes, recoat roof as indicated. The Solicitation Number SSA-99-3904 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-11. Offerors should be alert for any amendments that may revise offer submission dates. This requirement is 100% small business set-a side. Quotations submitted from other than small business sources will be rejected. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Agency. A site visit has been scheduled for June 21, 1999at 10:00 a.m. Location will be at the Social Security Administration, 6301 Security Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland, Supply Building.
