The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1623 Water, Sewer, Pipeline, and Communications and Powerline Construction. The size standard is $17.0 Million. The project includes the installation of an underground submersible sewage pumping station with duplex pumps, piping connection to existing sewage lines, new electrical control panel, disconnect switch, electrical wiring and circuit breakers. The existing pump station shall remain fully operational during installation of the new pump station. Once the new station is installed, make all necessary piping and electrical connections and change over the new station. After the new station becomes operational and has been tested for one week, remove the existing sewage pump station including concrete wet well, all unused sewage pipes, electrical wiring, conduit, disconnect switch and alarm panel and all incidental related work. The projected date of availability of the solicitationis 22 June 99. Requests for Quotes are due 26 July 1999.
