The Navy has a requirement to purchase 600 deliverable EX 170 MOD 0 Primers in accordance with ADL 7263285 no revision. The primers must be delivered to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester Oklahoma no later than January 1, 2000. The contractor will include shipping costs in their price quote. The EX 98 Ignition material (DTL WS 33477) will be provided as GFM from NSWC Indian Head Division no later than September 30, 1999. The contractor is responsible for building 130 additional units for First Article Test as outlined in DTL WS 33478 and will be responsible for performing all First Article/Lot Acceptance tests except for detail strip. First Article Tests will be required and Lot Acceptance Tests will be waived due to the small quantity being purchased. This acquisition will be processed utilizing simplified small purchase procedures and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only Small Business sources will be considered.
