The contract modification will be awarded to Litton Data Systems, 29851 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, CA 91376-6008. Litton Data Systems is the sole designer, developer and producer of the AN/UPX-24(V) Interrogator Set and is the only known source possessing the requisite experience, technical data, and technical expertise needed to meet Government requirements pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1).
