This power auger is set up for ease of movement across rough ground with a pickup, tractor, or dozer. Requires minimal time to switch from augering to mud rotary for electric logging. Drills to 40 to 50 foot depths on a regular basis. Some of the minimum requirements are as follows: 74 inch feed stroke mast with auger guide, hydraulic foot, u-joint connector, side port water swivel, manual swing out head, lever controls for ease of training and safe operation. Minimum rated maximum pulldown/pullup of 7,500 pounds. Minimim mast extension to 15 feet. Minimum 40 horsepower, air cooled diesel engine. Minimum 2 cylinder. Minimum 30 gpm/ 225 psi progressive cavity style pump. Being capable of pumping grout with minimal cleanup time. Minimum tandem axle trailer with 15 inch rims with 12 inches of ground clearance at the shackles. Minimum 3 (24 inch) hydraulic leveling jacks with one front mounted and two near the rear corners of the trailer.
