The Airtime Service will be Conus Wide/Hawaii Service for all sixteen (16) Cellular Phones. All airtime rates and roaming charges and cost of available phones and accessories shall be provided. Activation charges should be waived. The Cellular Phones are Government Owned. This announcement is NOT a formal solicitation and is NOT a request for proposal.
