survey to locate additional sources for depot level maintenance of the
Inertial Navigation Systems Heading Attitude Reference System (HARS),
AN/ASN-143, NSN 6605-01-161-3919 for the period May 2000 thru April
2001 with two option years. The current source for this maintenance
effort is Litton Systems, Inc. Technical data and Depot Maintenance
Work Requirements (DMWRs) are not available for overhaul and repair,
from the Army. Only those offerors who can meet the total overhaul and
repair capability, should respond in writing, to Commander, CECOM,
ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5007. Offerors proof
of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum
include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench
and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet AH-64
Helicopter operational requirements; b.) must have depot level
technical documentation and test equipment that shows how the offeror
plans to test and repair the HARS. Successful suppliers may be required
to warrant that the items repaired will satisfactorily perform when
used for the purpose intended by the Army. For additional information,
