This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested under simplified procedures or federal supply schedule and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F22600-99-Q0440 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2273, small business standard size is 500 employees. Type of set aside: None. The incorporated document provisions and clauses are to be in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This requirement is for the following items: Line Item 0001. Four Digital Oscilloscopes, (see technical specs); Line item 0002: Four Digital Oscilloscopes, with automatic mask testing and rack mount kits (see technical specs). Specifications are posted as an attachment to the solicitation. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination with delivery 60 days after award and shall delivered to Building 7701, Maltby Hall, Keesler AFB MS 39534. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items ( AUG 1998) is incorporated by reference, applies to this acquisition and is amended to include the following: Submit signed and dated offers to 81 CONS/LGCS, 310 M Street, Room 102, Keesler AFB, MS 39534-2147 at or before 1530 (3:30 p.m.) CST 28 Jun 99. Quotations may be submitted on your Company's letterhead or quotation forms. Quotations may be submitted via FAX (228) 377-3298 to 2Lt Boyd's attention. Include with your quotation technical literature that clearly shows the product bid meets all technical specifications.
