The Contractor shall remove one sanitary sewer manhole and
approximately 30' of 8" clay sewer pipe and install approximately 35'
of S.D.R. 35, B&S, 8" diameter PVC sewer line. New sewer line shall be
connected on one end to an existing 8" PVC sewer main and on the other
end to a cured in place 8" fiberglass sewer liner. Incidental work
required to complete this job includes but is not limited to demolition
and replacement of asphalt and concrete pavements and rectifying
problems that have caused sinkholes in the vicinity. Sewer pipe is
approximately 9' below grade and will require shoring and tunneling
beneath a High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) trench. It is the
contractor's responsibility to perform an on site inspection to
determine necessary equipment, labor, and materials for this job. This
includes determing if de-watering equipment will be required to work
in excavated areas. Point of contact for site visit is Mr. Steve

Acquisition Procedures. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1623.
The related small business size standard is $17 million. The Request
