The Air Force Reserve has a requirement to enhance the selling skills of recruiting forces and the sales management skills of senior recruiters. Work includes, but is not limited to, using existing objectives and blueprint maps to develop sales improvement strategic plan; conduct pre-training assessment with 325 individualized result reports; lead a 2-3 day intensified sales training event; provide pre-training event study materials which include 325 sets of books and tapes and student workbooks; provide follow-on training activities including telephone sales simulation, CD-ROM based sales training lessons and cassette audiotapes; develop a series of 3-5 tests to measure student comprehension; provide specialized training for senior recruiters which includes 60 sets of training materials and assestment reports; and provide sales training and materials for 30 new recruiters.
