Simulator Facility Building 209, Kingsley Field Air National Guard
Base, Klamath Falls, Oregon. The proposed scope of work is to remodel
4,826 sq. ft. simulator bay. Work shall include: Selected demolition,
architectual modifications, sound attenuated walls and ceilings,
mechanical and electrical modifications, communications, fire
detection, security and intrusion considerations. Work will be
completed while facility is in use. Site work shall be limited.
Construction shall be type N, non-combustible. Projected length of
construction is 180 calendar days. The construction contract will be
firm fixed-price between $250,000 and $500,000. For technical

on or about July 15, 1999 at a location to be announced later. Bid
