Membrane and standing seam metal roofing systems and foundation waterproofing are included. Project also includes partial renovation of Building 4 (Alt. Bid No 3), demolition of the existing dietetics building, by-pass steam line/trench, temporary pedestrian corridor, circular entry drive with parking, remote parking lot (Alt. Bid No 2) and associated site work with lighting, irrigation and landscaping. Intricate brick exterior, high design interiors, extensive casework and millwork, medical equipment, fire alarm, sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, tele-communications systems, medical gases, and asbestos abatement of renovated area and buildings to be demolished are part of the work.
