The existing facility is a 3-story concrete frame structure with a flat concrete roof deck. Bid documents are available on or about 19 July 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor.
