Estimated cost of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. This procurement is a 100 percent small-business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having no more than $17M in average annual receipts for the three preceding years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM.
