The USPFO for Georgia is soliciting proposals for a multiple award, multiple year maintenance, repair and construction service contract for the Georgia Air and Army National Guard. Work to be performed at the following National Guard County locations: Chatham (Savannah), Glynn (Brunswick), Bibb (Macon), Houston (Robins AFB), Cobb (Dobbins ARB) and Liberty ( FT Stewart). Multiple awards will be made. Task orders will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price or a combination of price and other factors (bset value judgements) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Task orders will be issued for a period of three (3) calendar years (basic) from date of contract award, with option to extend contracts for two (2) additional (option) years. Task orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $20 million for the life of the contract, and an individual task order shall not exceed $2 million. Source selection procedures in accordance withFAR Part 15.3 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. In addition to price evaluation, source selection factors include: (a) Project Management Ability, to include key project management staff, quality control plan, financial capability and technical support staff; (b) Subcontracting support capability with an emphasis on Subcontract Management Staff, Identification of key Subcontractors, and Purchasing System/Level of subcontracting; (c) Company experience and past performance.
