Clark Street Chicago, Illinois Scope of work consists of, but is not strictly limited to, providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary to modernize public rest rooms (13 total) on the 1st, 2nd and 10th floors. Continue the design concept and standard of finishes established for the 6th through 9th floor rest rooms. The two men's and two women's rest rooms on all floors includes the following: To replace all rest room fixtures, flush valves & all horizontal branch supply & waste plumbing, provide new ceiling & lighting systems; provide automatic occupancy sensing (Ultra-Sonic type) lighting controls, provide all new ceramic tile in a multi-colored graphic patterned & walls, provide new accessories (i.e. waste receptacles, soap dispensers); new sink shall be built in to a vanity type counter finished in a high quality durable material, provide new exhaust grille & branch ductwork to main exhaust, provide new ceiling mounted toilet partitioning. Work shall be phased such that one men & women's rest room per floor are available for use at all times. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1542. Estimated cost of construction is between $350,000 -- $600,000. Construction completion time (235) calendar days. This is open to both large and small business concerns.
