Furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate Enlisted (Rolling Pin) Barracks. The buildings have approximately 41,500 square feet in three floors and an 800 square foot basement mechanical equipment room with a crawl space depth of 4 feet. This requirement will cover twenty-four (24) buildings. The floors and roofs are concrete. Project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and fire suppression work. Performance time is 365 calendar days. This will be an indefinite-quantity contract and task orders will be issued as funds become available. Total estimated cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Projected issue date is O/A 01 Aug 1999 with a projected opening date of 01 September 1999. This procurement is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Only written and faxed requests for solicitation packages will be honored.
