23 -- GROUND EFFECT VEHICLES, MOTOR VEHICLES, TRAILERS AND CYCLES SOL 9DMD9999 DUE 062199 POC Cynthia Doster, Contract Specialist (912)267-2886 The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center will issue an RFQ on/about 6/21/99 for thirty new,unmarked, full size, five-passenger, front-wheel drive, emergency response (police pursuit) vehicles to be delivered to Glynco, GA. Must be model year 2000. Vehicles are to be equipped with the following Southern Vehicle Products equipment: one each Mdl 2148 Impulse 200 Light Bar; one each Mdl SA400DM siren box; one each Mdl SB4020 switch box; one each Mdl SR9 Communications Organizer; and, one each Mdl 6904 solid state flasher (headlight wig wag system). Vehicles will be equipped with a Motorola Mobile VHF Astro Digital Spectra Model T99DX+089W_ASTRO with W5 control head model with conventional mounting and accessory kit Mdl G48. Frequencies will be provided with the solicitation package. Mounting sequence for the radio, siren box, and switch box within the communications organizer will be provided with the soliciation package. Simplified Acq. Procedures apply.
