This office is conducting a market research of the commercial marketplace to determine what terms and conditions, contract type, commercial and performance based statements of work and other commercial practices currently being used in the cellular telephone services. We are seeking information from companies and other federal agencies that are in the business of providing cellular phones that are capable of using digital technology with automatic analog default transfer capability, and activation charges waived. The service area coverage maps for the entire network shall be provided to reflect digital and analog footprints. All airtime rate and roaming charges and cost of available phones and accessories shall be provided. The requirement is for a minimum of 100 to maximum 300 cellular phones to provide support of Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. Multi-account billing method via either lump sum or International Merchant Purchases Account Card (IMPAC) shall be used. As a minimum, the following features shall be available: a. Call waiting b. Call forwarding c. Alpha-numeric and numeric paging d. Test messaging e. Voice mail f. Nation wide coverage g.
