This is a modification to Contract N00024-98-C-5445. The Navy has a requirement to procure AN/WLR-1H(V)7 Countermeasures Receiver Set Modification Kits in accordance with the Statement of Work and Weapons Specification (WS) 33513 dated 11 June 1999 for the AN/WLR-1H(V)7. CLIN 0009, 2 each 1st unit shall be delivered within 6 months from effective date of modification, 2nd unit shall be delivered within 7 months from effective date of modification. The following CLINS are Option Quantities, if exercised the delivery shall be as follows: CLIN 0010, 2 ea shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2000; CLIN 0011, 3 each shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2000; CLIN 0012, 1 each shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2001; CLIN 0013, 1 each shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2001; CLIN 0014, 1 each shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2001; CLIN 0015, 1 each shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2002; CLIN 0016, 3 each shall be delivered on or before 30 Sep 2002. Associated data shall be in accordance with the DD Form 1423's. The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, material and equipment required to perform the tasks as defined in the Government's SOW. Delivery shall be FOB Origin. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Origin. There will be 30 days to perform acceptance on system. After acceptance the Government will provide disposition instructions. Packing/Shipping Instructions shall be Standard Commercial Practice. The proposed contract modification is for AN/WLR-1H(V)7 Countermeasures Receiver Set Modification Kits for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source which is Wide Band Systems Inc., 389 Franklin Avenue, P.O.
