The software must: As a minimum, function with computers from a 486 through Pentium III; be off-the-shelf and not developed specifically for this test; have a built in and pre and post test capability; be designed to assess student capability, initiate instruction and teach the student through the grade 13 in all disciplines; be modular and allow the student to bypass instruction not needed; present the instruction through both a visual and audio format; have the capability to assess student performance by the instructor at any time; utilize high quality graphics; and present the instruction through an interactive program with an audio and visual format.
