307-3070 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for
substance abuse treatment for Federal inmates placed on Home
Confinement in Medford, Oregon. A Firm-Fixed Price-Requirement type
contract with a one year and four one year option years is anticipated.
Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30,
2000, shall include services for 10 inmates as follows: Intake
Assessment (one per inmate), Individual Counseling (48 half-hour
sessions per inmate; Group Counseling (192 half-hour sessions per
inmate). Services for option years one, two, three, and four shall
include services for 10 inmates as follows: Intake Assessment (one per
inmate), Individual Counseling (24 half-hour sessions per inmate), and
Group Counseling (96 half-hour sessions per inmate) respectively. The
option periods shall be performed from October 1, 2000, through
September 30, 2004. All services shall be performed in accordance with
Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse
Treatment" dated May 1999 (TDAT) "Substance Abuse Treatment". Proper
licensing in the State of Oregon is required. The estimated issue date
for Request for Proposals is o/a July 16, 1999. The estimated closing
date is August 16, 1999. All responsible sources may submit a proposal
which shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be
