The purpose of this announcement is to modify the previous CBD Announcement Number 300819 dated 22 February 1999. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), San Diego requires contractor support for the U.S. Naval Aviation Depot, North Island Administrative Services located at San Diego, California. Services include mail distribution, travel order generation and delivery, incentive awards processing and specialized electronic message services. Site visit is scheduled for 29 June 1999. Details are provided in the solicitation posted at the FISC-SD website. Performance is estimated to begin with phase-in by 3 January 2000, full performance by 17 January 2000, and will provide for a base year and four one-year option periods. Refer to N00244-99-R-0169. This procurement is being conducted under Commercial Activity OMB A-76 cost comparison guidelines. If government performance is determined to be more advantageous, the solicitation will be cancelled.
