The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a solicitation for Real Estate Property Closing Services for Single Family (1-4 units) owned by (HUD) for the State of Ohio. The service will cover four geographic areas with the Government's intent to award one contract for each geographic area. The primary objective of this contract is to ensure that 1) The sale of all properties assigned under the contract close within the time stipulated by the Sales Contract. 2) The accurate payments of all closings charges are made within three (3) to five (5) business days. 3) The net proceeds of each sale are deposited to a non- interest bearing escrow account and the proceeds are wire transferred to HUD's account with the U.S. Department of Treasury. 4) Complete and accurate closing packages are delivered to HUD/HUD's Designee within two (2) business days of closing. The Contract period will be for one base year with three option years.
