Hampton University has developed key linkages between schools, communities, and mental health authorities in synthesizing current knowledge and disseminating useful tools for effective mental health services to children. These linkages would be to the end users of the products of the Technical Assistance projects. Hampton University also possesses knowledge of violence curricula, as well as the educational systems in which the materials are implemented. The Contractor has a well established relationship with a network professionals who have developed the Technical Assistance materials and strategies.
