The work to be performed by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace existing lighting fixtures, electric motors, etc_ at building 364 on Charleston AFB, SC. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items: Retro-fit all specified lavatories and sinks with water saving flow control aerators. Replace specified lighting fixtures with new energy efficient fixtures and some associated wiring. Replace mechanical system motors. Install insulating jacket for water heater. The solicitation will be evaluated using Performance/Price trade-off procedures. Evaluation factors will be set forth in sections L and M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest offeror. The performance time for base item work is 180 days. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
