The work includes repairs and retrofits to water reservoir S-474, as follows: The roof structure and supporting columns will be shimed to provide full bearing on the columns. The roof material will be removed and replaced with an EPDM single ply membrane. The reservoir will be cleaned, cracks sealed, and epoxy coated. Provide drain pumping system and replace isolation valves. In addition, several miscellaneous items beneficial to the operation of the reservoir (i.e. metal gratings, access hatch, etc.) will be replaced and incidental related work. The standard Industrial Classification Code is 1629. The related Small Business Size Standard is $17,000,000. The estimated cost of procurement will be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of Internet. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet.
