The equipment shall be new and unused and shall be one of the manufacturer's current production models which is currently being offered for sale through advertisements or published catalogs. The contractor shall provide on-site training. Delivery will be FOB destination to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. Proposals will be evaluated based upon low price/technically acceptable. The proposed contract is being considered as a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns, as defined by FAR clause 52.219-6.
