Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject synopsis and a written amendment will not be issued. All prospective offerors are notified that the previous request for a loaner system has been rescinded. NASA/JSC no longer requests the use of these systems prior to contract award. The RFO will include a requirement for the utilization of a test article. The successful offeror will provide NASA/JSC this test article at the time of contract award. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on or about June 25, 1999, with proposals due on July 30, 1999. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on April 27, 1999 and published in the CBD on April 27, 1999.
