The Navy requires one Visible-Mid Wave Spectroradiometer in accordance with Government Statement of Work and specification. The spectroradiometer shall be designed to provide spectra of thermally dynamic events in the visible (0.3-1.0um) and midwave (1.5-5.5um) band simultaneously at a temporal bandwidth of 1kHz. This shall be a field-ready instrument. The Navy also requires data in the form of monthly reports in accordance with DD 1423s. Status reports shall be delivered monthly, fifteen days after the reporting period. All hardware, software, and manuals shall be delivered within 16 months from effective date of contract award. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Price and past performance will be evaluation factors for award.
