Heckman, Contract Specialist, (202)324-2279 The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a requirement for Raytheon PalmIR 250 Thermal Hand Held Camera Standard Kits in (FY) 1999. The award of this procurement is based upon available funding in FY 99. A commercial item "brand-name or equal" "firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity" type contract is contemplated with an initial award year and (4) four (1) one year options. The estimated minimum will be (25) Raytheon PalmIR 250 Thermal Hand Held Camera Standard Kits and optional equipment during the award year with an estimated maximum not to exceed 350 over the life of the contract. The cameras shall be "Brand Name or Equal" Raytheon PalmIR 250 Thermal Hand Held Camera Standard Kits. The optional equipment listed below shall also be "Brand Name or Equal" Raytheon equipment: (25) Raytheon 100mm focal length lens w/ motorized focus and PalmIR twist lock interface, (25)Raytheon 150mm focal length lens w/ motorized focus and (25)PalmIR twist lock interface, (25)Rayhteon twist lock mount, and (25) Raytheon Palmport remote control kit.
