The General Services Administration intends to modify a delivery order to Abacus Technology Corp. on a GSA schedule delivery order under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-4934G under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-CSC-0146. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. This modification is to add material for data, voice & video network communication services that Abacus owns and operates at the discretion of the Saudi Government including T1 circuits, voice circuits, facility rental and maintenance, internet T1 service, T1 Circuit Lex, ISDN circuits, POTS lines, monthly usage and long distance. This is an open market modification to a task order under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-4934G and therefore cannot be separated from this procurement. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
