To provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training and other items and services necessary to perform Operations, Maintenance, and Support (O, M & S) for the United States Air Force Reserve, 917 Wing Operations Support Flight, Operating Location B, Mountain Hill, Jena, LA, 71342. Scope of work includes operation. maintenance, and support of the AN/MST-T1A (MUTES), AN/MSR-T4 (TRAINS), AN/TPQ-43 (SEEK SCORE), ROUTE INTEGRATION INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM (RIIS) and associated support equipment and facilities. Interested parties should have established procedures and skills associated with Continuous Improvement as addressed in AFI 63-124. The proposed requirement is for one year with four options years. Interested parties should submit a brief description of their qualifications no later than 1 August 1999. Woman-owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond. Joint ventures and teaming arrangements are encouraged if needed to meet the requirements. The government intends to participate in market research with industry in the development of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Draft PWS will be posted on the Internet at www.eps.gov (Electronic Posting System) on/about 1 July 1999. This is a stand-alone (sources sought) announcement. All submittals received will be reviewed. The information received, and the technologies identified, may be considered for incorporation in the final PWS.
